On March 4, 2025, Dream Summit Industrial LP completed a private placement of $200 million aggregate principal amount of floating rate senior unsecured debentures. The debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by RBC Capital Markets, Scotiabank and TD Securities Inc.
