In December 2024, ELNA Medical Group Inc. and certain of its subsidiaries obtained creditor protection, initiated proceedings and launched a court-approved Sale and Investment Solicitation Process (SISP) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act. As part of the SISP, ELNA Medical Group Inc. sold its subsidiary Medicentres Canada Inc. to Medavie Inc. on April 30, 2025, the assets of its subsidiary Clinique Privamed Inc. to 17009321 Canada Inc. (a Paraide International Healthcare company) effective June 10, 2025, and the assets of its subsidiary m-Health Solutions Inc. to CML HealthCare Inc. on June 16, 2025.
