On August 17, 2026, International Business Machines Corporation (IBM) completed a $2.75-billion maple bond offering, marking its return to the Canadian bond market for the first time since 2012. The offering was completed through a syndicate of dealers consisting of CIBC World Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets, Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
