On January 19, 2023, MoonPay acquired Nightshift, a Web3 creative agency focusing on branding and strategy. MoonPay plans on utilizing Nightshift’s services to provide companies, brands and creative agencies with world-class, end-to-end support to unlock new revenue through groundbreaking Web3-based products, experiences and ideas.
MoonPay is a financial technology company which focuses on creating payment infrastructure for cryptocurrency and NFT clients and is currently active in over 160 countries.
Following the acquisition, Nightshift has been rebranded to Otherlife and will continue to service new and existing clients as a subsidiary of MoonPay.
