On August 18, 2026, Vena Solutions announced the completion of its acquisition of Morpheo AI. The acquisition will support the development of Vena Omega™, Vena’s cumulative context engine for finance, through the integration of Morpheo AI’s technology and expertise in preparing, curating, structuring and enriching enterprise data for advanced artificial intelligence applications.
Morpheo AI is a Toronto-based enterprise agentic data platform that prepares, structures and enriches fragmented enterprise data for reporting, business intelligence and advanced AI applications. Vena Solutions provides financial and operational planning and decisioning software across Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
