On October 13, 2015 Pulse Systems, Inc. (“Pulse”) completed its $11 million acquisition of the US Practice Management business of Nightingale Informatix Corporation, including the Medrium, RidgeMark, SecureConnect and Northern Health product lines.
Pulse provides certified, integrated, electronic health care management systems to thousands of providers across more than 40 healthcare specialties the US. It is part of the Cegedim Healthcare Software division, owned and operated by Cegedim S.A.(CGM:FP) the French global health care technology company.
