On April 24, 2019, Togetherwork announced the acquisition of UnionWare. The acquisition will provide UnionWare resources to broaden its capabilities and cement Togetherwork’s growing footprint in the international market.
Togetherwork, based in Columbus, Georgia, develops group management software and payments solutions. Its solution serves companies that connect people with institutions, such as home owners associations, fraternities, sororities, sports leagues, and summer camps.
UnionWare provides a full suite of capabilities to unions, including back-office administration, dues processing, grievance and case management, contract management, events, certifications, online payments, and tools for representatives.
