On September 26, 2017, Zoom.ai announced the acquisition of SimplyInsight. This acquisition uniquely positions Zoom.ai to advance its vision of a more efficient and data-driven workplace.

SimplyInsight founders, Amanda Parker and Alexey Adamsky, have joined the Zoom.ai team as part of the acquisition. Parker will be leading business development as VP Business Development & Partnerships, while Adamsky joins as Senior AI Scientist.

SimplyInsight is a software development firm that creates personalized optimization of mobile content for businesses. SimplyInsight’s sophisticated natural language querying technology engine allows employees to request, analyze and visualize internal business data to quickly capitalize on hidden trends and improve organizational productivity.

Zoom.ai is a Toronto-based company that develops an artificial intelligence based automated virtual assistant. The software ties into a user’s data, learns the user’s preferences and assists with meeting scheduling and briefings, introductions, reminders, unified search, building corporate FAQ and logistics scheduling.
