The successful candidate will be called to the Ontario bar and have:
- 1 to 3 years of financial services or corporate experience gained from a leading law firm (note: consideration will also be given to candidates who have recently completed their articles with a major Canadian law firm);
- a keen interest to work on a variety of innovative banking matters including domestic and cross-border syndicated and corporate lending, asset based lending, project finance, and securitization matters;
- excellent academic credentials;
- superior communication, drafting skills and a strong attention to detail.
