With a focus on emerging technology and high growth companies, you will have an opportunity to foster the growth of early and later-stage ventures and share your expertise to help clients maximize their development and ensure their long-term success. You will also have the opportunity to work with venture capital and growth equity investors and some of the largest and most sophisticated strategic acquirors of technology in the world.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 3 to 6 years of general corporate and securities law experience (ideally with a focus on emerging and high growth companies)
- experience in corporate structuring, venture finance and mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies
- passion for entrepreneurship and emerging and high growth companies
- excellent academic credentials
- superior communication and drafting skills
