The practice of Osler in this field is renowned nationally and continues to grow. The successful candidate will have worked in this legal sphere or will have a strong corporate law background and demonstrate a desire to support Osler’s leading practice with emerging and high growth companies and venture capital investors. As an associate in this team, you will work with leading lawyers in a broad range of sophisticated and complex venture capital financing, fund formation and M&A transactions.

The successful candidate will have:
- law degree and member of the Quebec Bar
- 3 to 6 years of corporate law experience;
- excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and English;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work autonomously;
- superior analytical skills and attention to detail;
- strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
