Position Requirements

Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in both litigation and solicitor-side insolvency & restructuring issues, including exposure to Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings, enforcement of security, bankruptcy proceedings, priority issues and receivership matters;
  • familiarity with the CCAA and Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act;
  • self-starter who embraces challenge and thrives in a fast-paced setting;
  • strong communication and drafting skills;
  • excellent academic credentials.
