As an associate in the Litigation Department, you will work with leading lawyers in a broad range of sophisticated, complex commercial litigation and class action defence, including multijurisdictional matters. We represent major institutional clients on high-profile, precedent-setting cases across various industries and at all levels of court.
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience;
- superior academic credentials;
- excellent writing and communication skills, both in French and English;
- solid legal research skills;
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
- strong interpersonal skills.
