New Research Report: Are Canadian Directors Ready for a Corporate Crisis?

Join Osler clients and fellow board members at a luncheon to review the findings from a survey completed by ICD Directors measuring board readiness to deal with corporate crisis. This is the first time in Canada research has been done on this topic.

Board members, and others, are invited for a presentation of this quantitative study interpreted by Osler Partners, Larry Ritchie and Andrew MacDougall. The research paper will be validated by a panel of prominent directors who have led their boards through crisis.
