Together with Arbitration Place, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Canada Branch), ICC Canada, and the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, ArbitralWomen is pleased to organize a panel discussion on the topic of unconscious bias in arbitration.
Featuring a group of leading arbitration practitioners, this event will explore the effects of unconscious bias and how it influences the decision-making of counsel, parties, and arbitrators alike. Attendees will learn strategies for moving from unconscious bias to conscious realization.
The panel discussion will be followed by a cocktail reception at Arbitration Place.
