Members of Osler’s Tax Group provide guidance and best practices for preventing and resolving tax disputes earlier, and more effectively, in light of the CRA’s increasingly aggressive and expansive audit activities. This discussion includes practical tips for managing the process to minimize disputes and maximize opportunities for resolution.
