On February 23, 2023, Behaviour Interactive Inc. announced its acquisition of SockMonkey Studios Ltd. SockMonkey is Behaviour’s first European investment and will be renamed Behaviour UK – North upon acquisition. The studio will operate as a valuable partner for Behaviour’s Services division, which provides development services to such clients as Microsoft, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Electronic Arts, Warner, Netflix, and Take-Two, among many others.
Behaviour Interactive Inc. is Canada’s largest independent video game studio and operates in both Montreal and Toronto.
SockMonkey Studios Ltd is an external developer based in the United Kingdom.
