Osler acted for CPPIB in the funding of its majority-owned portfolio company Teine Energy Ltd., which acquired $975 million of light oil and heavy oil assets in South Western Saskatchewan.
Osler represented CPPIB with a team that included Neal Ross, Janice Buckingham, Lorne Carson, Robert Anderson and Shuli Rodal.
