On January 25, 2022, Certn announced its acquisition of Credence, a UK-based leading provider of background checks. With this acquisition, Certn will diversify its offerings and increase its client roster, many of whom reside in new markets.
Certn, founded in 2016, is a Canadian-based provider of real-time background checks for employers.
