On September 22, 2021, Daylight Automation announced it has completed its US$12.3 million Series A financing round led by RTP Global, Bessemer Venture Partners and Golden Ventures. The funding will be used to rebrand from FormHero to Daylight Automation, grow its team and advance product development and marketing initiatives in the United States and Canada.
Daylight Automation, is a Toronto-based software firm specializing in its low-code platform providing digital solutions to businesses in the Banking, Insurance and Healthcare industries.
