On December 19, 2012, Dream Industrial REIT (formerly known as "Dundee Industrial REIT") announced the completion of its acquisition of a national portfolio of industrial properties from KingSett Capital for approximately $498.5 million.
The portfolio comprises of 79 industrial properties with a total of 5.3 million square feet of gross leaseable area in Calgary, Halifax, Greater Toronto Area and Greater Montreal Area.
