  • Dream Industrial REIT on its $498.5 million acquisition of a national industrial portfolio from KingSett Capital.
  • Dream Industrial REIT on its $155 million initial public offering and listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange and its purchase of two industrial portfolios across Canada for a purchase price of approximately $575 million and $159 million, respectively.
  • Dream Office REIT and H&R REIT on their $1.266 billion acquisition of Scotia Plaza from The Bank of Nova Scotia, the largest single asset real estate transaction completed in Canada.
  • Dream Office REIT on its $1.4 billion acquisition of Whiterock REIT.
  • Dream Office REIT in its sale of a $2.4 billion real estate portfolio to GE and concurrent investment by GE in Dream REIT, the largest real estate transaction ever completed in Canada.
  • Dream Asset Management Corporation in connection with a reorganization of the management structure of Dream Office REIT.
  • Dream Asset Management Corporation in connection with the spin-off of DREAM Unlimited Corp. by Dundee Corporation by means of a plan of arrangement.
  • Dream Industrial REIT in connection with its take-over bid for all of the shares of C2C Industrial Properties Inc. and subsequent going private amalgamation of DIR Industrial Properties Inc. and C2C Industrial Properties Inc.
