On May 17, 2022, Forma AI announced it had completed its $45 million Series B financing round led by ACME Capital, along with Crosslink Capital, Golden Ventures, Uncork Capital, Xfund and Gaingels. With this financing, Forma AI plans to expand its product development and go-to-market capabilities to meet growing demand in the sales performance management (SPM) market.
