On December 16, 2020, Haivision Systems Inc. closed its initial public offering consisting of a treasury offering of 5,750,000 common shares at a price of $6.00 per common share for aggregate proceeds of  $34.5 million. The common shares began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on December 16, 2020 under the symbol “HAI”.

The offering was made through a syndicate of underwriters including Canaccord Genuity Corp. and Desjardins Capital Markets as lead underwriters and joint bookrunners, and including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited.
