On February 7, 2017, Hootsuite announced the acquisition of AdEspresso, a company that has built a set of tools to create, A-B test, and post advertisements on Facebook and Instagram.
Osler represented Hootsuite in this complex cross-border acquisition with a team of cross-disciplinary lawyers at Osler’s Toronto and New York Offices led by Chad Bayne (Toronto) and Michael Budabin McQuown (New York), and including Alix Morse, Jennifer Lee and Drew Morier.
