On February 26, 2021, HYAS announced the completion of its $20 million Series B financing round. The round was led by S3 Ventures with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures, Tightline Holdings, Cyber Mentor Fund and Dcode Capital. Previous investors M12, Startup Capital Ventures, and 205 Capital also participated. The proceeds from the financing will be used to develop HYAS’ cyber-attack infrastructure, identification and blocking technology as well as to accelerate the company’s product development and market expansion.
HYAS is a British Columbia based software company focused on providing cyber security solutions to detect and prevent cyber threats.
