Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP represented KingSett Capital on behalf of KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No.7, KingSett Canadian Real Estate Income Fund and other investors, in connection with their acquisition of Northview Apartment REIT in a transaction valued at $4.9 billion.
Northview REIT was one of Canada’s largest publicly traded multi-family REITs with a portfolio of approximately 27,000 residential suites and 1.2 million square feet of commercial space in more than 60 markets across Canada.
