On October 7, 2021, Kubota Corporation announced its agreement to acquire AgJunction for $91 million. The all-cash transaction represents a 60% premium to the closing price of AgJunction’s common shares and will be completed by plan of arrangement. The acquisition will accelerate the execution of AgJunction’s business plan, provide access to new markets, increase scale and enables the retention of employees.

Kubota Corporation is a global manufacturer of agricultural machinery company specializing in producing a portfolio of products including turf, construction equipment and industrial engine.

AgJunction is a producer of guidance and autosteering solutions for agriculture applications and farm machinery.
