MindMed announced that, based upon a preliminary vote assessment, shareholders have elected all six of MindMed’s nominees to the board of directors at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 21, 2023. FCM MM Holdings, LLC represented certain dissident shareholders including co-founder Dr. Scott Freeman sought to replace four of the six directors on MindMed’s board.
