On June 1, 2017, 9359-8266 Québec Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of National Tire Distributors Inc., completed an all-cash acquisition of three Québec based tire distributors carrying on business under the name “Pneus Supérieurs”. The three targets were wholly-owned by Pneus Bélisle Inc. and its affiliate. Immediately after closing, 9359-8266 Québec Inc. amalgamated with the three purchased corporations to continue as Pneus Supérieurs Inc. National Tire Distributors Inc. has assumed management of Pneus Supérieurs Inc.
