On September 12, 2018, Q4 Inc. ("Q4"), announced that it has closed a US$38 million financing round, led by Napier Park Financial Partners ("Napier Park").
The new funds will be used to support the continued development of the Company’s next generation, purpose-built investor relations CRM and analytics platform, expand global sales and marketing efforts, and pursue strategic acquisitions.
