On March 16, 2020, Sinclair Interplanetary announced its acquisition by Rocket Lab, a California-based leader in small satellite launch. Rocket Lab will look to leverage Sinclair Interplanetary’s heritage of innovation, quality and execution.
Sinclair Interplanetary is a manufacturer of spacecraft hardware based in Toronto that has provided hardware for more than 90 satellites sent to orbit to date.
