On May 30, 2017, Kinder Morgan Canada Limited (“KML”) closed its initial public offering (the “Offering”). TD Securities Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. acted as joint bookrunners for the Offering. The other members of the syndicate included CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., Barclays Capital Canada Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (Canada), Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities Canada Inc., Merrill Lynch Canada Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, MUFG Securities (Canada), Ltd. and Société Générale Capital Canada Inc. (collectively with TD Securities Inc. and RBC Dominion Securities Inc., the “Underwriters”). KML issued 102,942,000 restricted voting shares (“Restricted Voting Shares”) at a price of $17.00 per Restricted Voting Share for gross proceeds of $1.75 billion.
