Manon Thivierge led the Tax team which consisted of Patrick Marley, Paul Seraganian, Dov Begun, Andrew Granek, David Wilson and Jean-Philippe Dionne.
On May 5, 2020, The Stars Group Inc. completed its previously announced all-share combination with Flutter Entertainment plc, creating a global leader in sports betting and online gaming serving over 100 countries, including through the combined offering of Sky Bet, Paddy Power, Betfair, Sportsbet, BetEasy, FanDuel, FOX Bet, TVG and PokerStars. The US$15-billion enterprise value combination was implemented through an acquisition of all of the shares of The Stars Group by Flutter.
