On June 30, 2018, TRIGO Group ("TRIGO") has announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Lumbee Enterprises based in Greer, South Carolina. With this acquisition, TRIGO deepens its expansion into the USA leveraging Lumbee’s 25 years experience in the chain and logistics supply market.
The acquisition of Lumbee follows the ongoing strategy of TRIGO of geographical and service portfolio expansion to provide world class solutions which address its customers supply chain challenges. This acquisition is the fifth from TRIGO since 2016, which has been backed by Ardian since then, and the first of 2018.
Lumbee is a 25 years old company, leading in the manufacturing sorting, inspection and subassembly operations industry.
TRIGO Group was founded in 1997 and is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially within the automotive and aerospace industries.
