On October 18, 2022, Vendasta Technologies announced it had acquired Yesware, a private Boston-based company that offers a set of tools for sales teams to track email outreach activity and share that data across teams to drive better results. With this acquisition, Vendasta will bring Yesware’s sales enablement technology together with Vendasta’s end-to-end technology platform to extend new offerings to each company’s customers.
