On January 15, 2019, Vervent Audio Group announced the acquisition of Audio Plus Services & Plurison. The acquisition creates the subsidiaries Focal Naim Canada and Focal Naim America, and signals the new phase of Vervent Audio Group’s investment plans in America.
Vervent Audio Group is the holding company of the Focal and Naim Audio brands, with each brand contributing its own expertise to the Group. Focal, a French manufacturer of audiophile loudspeakers, brings its experience in speaker design, professional monitors, car audiosystems, integration products and headphones. Naim Audio, a highly respected British manufacturer of electronics, is specialized in two-channel hi-fi components, complete streaming systems for home, amplifiers and music servers.
