On January 12, 2022, Wagepoint announced its acquisition of Boston-based Timesheet Mobile, a leader in geofence-enabled workforce management for small businesses in over 30 countries. With this acquisition, Wagepoint plans on launching a new, upgraded product in 2022 that will offer enhanced features, more user control and increased scalability for its customers.
Wagepoint is a Canadian FinTech company that provides an online payroll software solution for businesses. The Timesheet Mobile acquisition was made possible through strategic guidance and a growth capital investment from Wagepoint’s private equity sponsor, PSG.
