  • Counsel to Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation on the transfer of beneficial ownership and refinancing of Renaissance Toronto Downtown Hotel
  • Counsel to Asian Coast Development (Canada) Ltd., an international development company specializing in integrated resort destinations, on corporate and dispute resolution matters in relation to the development of Vietnam’s first casino and multi-resort property
  • Counsel to the underwriters of the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in a number of cross-border offerings of debt and convertible debt
  • Counsel to a Special Committee of the Board of Directors in the US$3.7-billion going private transaction by Kingdom Hotels and Cascade Investment
