Recent experience

Awesense Wireless

A patent infringement action was brought by dTechs EPM Ltd. against Awesense Wireless and British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority. The plaintiff alleged that Awesense infringed a patented method by supplying hardware and software to co-defendant BC Hydro. In December, 2020, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP represented defendant Awesense.
