Travel & Leisure - Mergers and Acquisitions

While Canada’s hospitality and leisure industry is undergoing change as a result of the pandemic, it remains a significant contributor to the Canadian economy. Companies with a growth mindset in this sector continue to explore M&A opportunities knowing that while some may be struggling, there are still solid companies that may be looking for an exit.

Depending on the nature of the deal, transactions in this sector can be complicated. Companies also need to consider the overall impact to their customer base.
