The 2018 Corporate and Commercial Law Workshop aims to bring together members of the bar, bench, academy and the regulatory community to discuss emerging issues in this area of law. In particular, the panel themes will critically address recent developments in insolvency law, securities regulation, corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
This panel will discuss recent issues that have arisen in corporate law reform proposals in Canada and the United States, including major voting, proxy access and board diversity.
