This seminar will involve a discussion on recent Alberta Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Canada cases concerning privilege. Osler was counsel in three recent Alberta Court of Appeal decisions on privilege: CNRL v. Shawcor et al, Dow v. NOVA, and MSA v. TransAlta. Topics covered will include:
