We are pleased to invite you to an one-hour lunch/breakfast-time discussion presented by the Canada China Business Council and hosted by Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP’s Asia Pacific Affinity Network

The world of business has gone global. China’s financial foreign direct investment has risen in recent years and the trend continues. Canada, which represented 2% of China’s outbound investment in 2015, is one of the top destinations which Chinese investors are favouring. How do we better understand our clients beyond the cultural differences and build strong client relationships? Sarah Kutulakos is the executive director of the Canada China Business Council, Canada’s premier bilateral trade and investment organization, a fluent Mandarin speaker, and an expert in Canada-China bilateral business and trade. She has worked, lived and been involved in business and trade matters in the greater China region for over 30 years, and will share her understanding on cultural differences and insights on cultural sensitivity and awareness.
