Back by popular demand, this year’s Year-End Professionalism Series will feature several engaging speakers exploring diverse and unique topics. You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable insights while earning CPD credits. The sessions will either be available online only or via an online and in-person hybrid format.
Being emotionally intelligent is important for success in both our professional and personal lives and is a skill that can be developed. In this session, certified professional coach, educator and former lawyer, Gina Alexandris, will take the audience through what emotional intelligence (EI) is, how it shows up in legal and professional practice, why it is important, and how lawyers and professionals can develop and strengthen their EI for greater workplace success.
