Carleigh received her Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Carleigh completed her Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, where she studied Strategic Management and International Development Studies. While at McGill, Carleigh completed an academic exchange at University College Dublin. During her time at the University of Toronto, Carleigh volunteered as a Student Caseworker in the Criminal Law division of Downtown Legal Services.
