Neil is completing the Dual J.D. program at the University of Windsor and University of Detroit Mercy.
He has a Bachelor of Arts, and Master of Arts, both from McMaster University. Neil also holds a Graduate Diploma from United Nations University, Institute for Water, Environment and Health.
Neil has interned at the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, Michigan, where he appeared before the 36th District Court. He also worked as a research assistant, helping to edit and finalize an international law textbook, and as a teaching assistant for the course “Applied Legal Theory & Analysis.” Neil is involved with the law school communities in both Windsor and Detroit, holding leadership positions in various clubs, and serving on Detroit Mercy Law’s Moot Court Board of Advocates.
