Parmida Esmaeilpour

Parmida Esmaeilpour graduated from McGill University’s JD/BCL program in 2025. During her legal studies, she clerked for the Honourable Thomas J. Davis at the Superior Court of Quebec, interned at The Citizen Lab, volunteered as a caseworker with the Compass Startup Legal Clinic, and worked at the McGill Dobson Centre for Entrepreneurship.

Parmida was also a research assistant in business law and a Contributing Editor for the McGill Business Law Meter Blog, Senior Editor of Inter Gentes: The McGill Journal of International Law & Legal Pluralism and Junior Managing Editor of the McGill Journal of Law and Health. Her paper on Canada’s regulatory framework for psychedelic substances was recently published in Health Law in Canada.

She holds a B.A. (Honours) and M.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
