Raphael is a graduate of the joint BCL/JD program at McGill University’s Faculty of Law in Montreal. He also holds a Honours Bachelor of Arts in International Relations & Political Science from the University of Toronto.
During law school, he completed an exchange semester studying at the National University of Singapore. In addition, he served as the Vice President External for the Black Law Student’s Association.
Prior to entering the legal profession, he worked as Policy Advisor to the Minister of Canadian Heritage and as Legislative Assistant to the Member of Parliament for Parkdale-High Park.
