Ridda is a graduate from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she is a part of the second inaugural graduating class of Canada’s newest law school. Ridda has been recognized for her academic excellence as she was the recipient of the Dean’s Gold Medal, as she graduated with the highest overall standing GPA in her graduating class. Prior to law school, Ridda obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University where she graduated with distinction.
During her time at law school, Ridda has been actively involved in various pro-bono and EDI focused initiatives, aimed at enabling Access to Justice. Concurrently, Ridda has held a keen interest in Business Law, and was awarded the Honourable Justice Julia Shin Doi Prize in Advanced Corporate and Commercial Law for achieving the highest GPA in the course. Ridda continues to give back to the community as an active volunteer, academic tutor, and peer mentor.
Before joining Osler, Ridda worked as a business manager where she gained extensive experience in client service, business management and corporate strategy. Ridda is currently working within the Firm’s Emerging High Growth and Corporate groups.
